The Florian Residence project from Alto Real Estate, which is being built in the heart of Bratislava’s Old Town, has reached another key milestone. Its gross building has reached its maximum height. “The construction of Florian Residence is progressing according to plan, so I am glad that we were able to celebrate the completion of this stage by installing a symbolic glajcha on the roof,” says Alto Real Estate CEO Rastislav Valovič, adding that the investor is planning to approve the first phase in the autumn.
